Here is a case study of a camp and retreat center who was looking to maximize their recruiting dollars to find quality staff for their summer season. Previous methods of marketing included traveling and setting up booths at colleges and other events to attempt to find applicants. With the main KPI of acquiring applications for $20 or less, we were able to build and optimize a campaign that brought in 279 applicants for an average of $13.54.
